PROCESSING TIME

During high order volume periods, processing may take a little longer, but we will always keep you updated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
